Mongolian Beef

My son is my muse when it comes to cooking because he loves all food in general and he loves my cooking so I try to cook food that I know he wants to eat. This is one of his all time favorite dish so I decided to teach myself how to make it.

My husband loves Mongolian beef. I found a recipe a couple years ago that was a knock off of PF Changs Mongolian beef. I didn't care for that recipe so I tweaked it and made it my own and came up with this. Needless to say, he said it was the best Mongolian beef he has ever had, no joke. Must say so myself it was the best I ever had too. Sarah -

This Mongolian Beef is tender, flavorful, and coated in a rich, savory-sweet sauce. The beef is stir-fried until perfectly caramelized, then tossed with a delicious garlic and soy-based glaze. It’s a quick and satisfying dish, perfect with steamed rice! Enjoy! Dandanyummyfood -

Mongolian Beef! Mongolian Beef!
This used to be our favorite dish when my husband and I would go out for dinner at an Asian restaurant. Now that we have kids, it's been a while since we've gone, so we decided to make it at home! Voilà! Stacy!Translated from Cookpad Greece
