Ingredients

  1. 1medium sized bowl of fresh tomatoes
  2. 1whole medium sized fish(sliced)
  3. 4 cubesknot maggi
  4. 1milk cup of groundnut oil
  5. 1 handfulmedium sized fresh pepper(grinded)
  6. 2 tablespoonsgrinded crayfish
  7. fish stock
  8. to tastesalt
  9. 1big onion bulb
  10. 1satchet of tomato puree

Cooking Instructions

    Wash and cook the fresh fish in a small quantity of water(1cup) adding a cube of Maggi, and a pinch of salt. Cook for 5mins

    Once it tenders, remove from stock and fry in a low heat for 3mins

  3. 3

    Use the oil for the fish fries to fry your blended tomatoes adding your sliced onion

  4. 4

    Add tomato puree if need be. And fey along with the blended tomatoes

  5. 5

    For you to know if it is done, fetch a little portion with your cooking spoon and observe if it is still frying while in the spoon, then its ready within 30mins

    Add your meat stock and other ingredient

  7. 7

    Put in your fish and allow to cook for 10mins

  8. 8

    Serve with white rice or any accompaniment of your choice
