Ingredients

  1. 1/2 kgokro
  2. 3cksp Crayfish
  3. Salt
  4. 3fresh pepper
  5. 2knorr cube
  6. 2cksp Palmoil
  7. 1/4 kgMeat
  8. Smoked ice fish
  9. Vegetable(ugu)
  10. leafUziza

Cooking Instructions

    Cut okro and keep aside.

    Boil meat add Maggi,onion and salt.boil for 30mins

  3. 3

    Add water to the meat and pour in palmoil.

  4. 4

    Boil for 10mins.then add crayfish,Maggi,pepper,Salt and smoked fish.

  5. 5

    Boil for 7-10mins then add okro

  6. 6

    Okro boils only for 2mins then add uzizaleaf and ugu.stir and bring down.

  7. 7

    Check salt and add if necessary.
