Peppered Snail

So I've been MIA for reasons I can't even explain. Anyway, I'm back but I'm not sure if I would be better... Forgive me in advance. I sincerely hope that I share my recipes as often as I cook because Tbh I'm a very lazy person when it comes to typing 🙈🙈. Please pray for me to be a better person.
Okay ok... Enough story.
You know why I'm sharing this peppered snail recipe? I'm sure you're thinking what's so special about this.... Well... The special thing is that this snail was prepared without a single pinch of bouillon cube i.e no MSG! And the taste was purely awesome! I hope you try it out and lemme know how it goes 😉😉

Cooking Instructions
- 1
Clean your snails thoroughly with alum or lime or whatever you know how to use that elimates the slime.
- 2
Boil the snail with salt, ginger and garlic for about 5-7mins depending on how soft you like them.
- 3
In a pan slightly fry the snails. You don't want them too crispy but they should still remain crunchy. Set aside
- 4
Roughly blend your tomatoes and pepper or if you like chop them.
- 5
Get your wok or frying pan on heat, add the oil. When the oil is heated, pour in already sliced onions. Stir and allow the onions infuse its flavor into the oil.
- 6
Add the grated ginger and crushed garlic next. Allow to fry for few mins before pouring in the pepper.
- 7
After that, add the hally chilli, Aqeey seasoning, Joju seasoning and salt to taste.
- 8
Allow to cook for 5mins before adding your already fried snails. Stir well to mix in the pepper well. Cover and allow to simmer for 3mins. Your snail is ready! Serve with chilled Fayrouz and enjoy 😉😄

Chili Cheese Baked Potatoes Chili Cheese Baked Potatoes
This recipe was originally #leftoversmakeovers for me. I had chili leftover as well as some unused baked potatoes. So it was also a #fridgecleanout meal for me! 😆👏😉 This was perfect, delicious, & something new that we dont have all the time. 😎👌 That being the case, this really only took me about 30 mins tops in the microwave.🤷🏻♀️👍👍 However, if you are making chili & baking potatoes from scratch it will take the full 1 hr & 30 mins. 👩🍳 We are in our cold winter months where I live & chili as well as baked potatoes are a regular classic around here at this time of year. 🥰🤤🥰 However, if you're not into making homemade chili, a can, container, or pouch of your favorite store bought chili or whatever chili you like would work just fine. 😏👌 #bakedpotatoes #chilicheese #chilicheesebakedpotatoes #leftoverchili #potatoes #chili #winterfoods #freezermeals Chef Mommy Nessa -

Mike's Peppered Beef Stew Mike's Peppered Beef Stew
Well, it was Wednesday in the O'Brien Shire & those of you in the know - knows what that means. "Its clean out the crispers, freezers and rotate the pantries time!" With that, my 6 and 7 year old students can make anything their crazy little hearts desire. Today, rainy and windy as it is, they chose a tummy soothing peppered stew. Delicious work kiddos and great shortcuts! You know me well! I'm all about the shortcuts! MMOBRIEN -

GOURMET TUYO (DRIED HERRING) in OLIVE OIL GOURMET TUYO (DRIED HERRING) in OLIVE OIL
Have you ever heard about gourmet “tuyo”? Well, if you are a Pinoy like me I’m pretty sure that you have an idea what “tuyo” is all bout. But for those who didn’t know what tuyo is, Tuyo is a dried herring that is a staple product in the Philippines perfect for our Pinoy breakfast. It is also best paired with fried eggs and fried garlic rice (oh! Im craving it right now 😋! LOL!).Just recently I saw the newly makeover recipe of tuyo! which is they called it “gourmet tuyo”. Haven’t tried yet the one they sell online because ordering it from here will cost me a lot for just a small bottle of tuyo. So I decided to make my own version of gourmet tuyo and since my mom sent me a package of Pilipino food as my birthday present last month (I’m so thankful that they include tuyo in the box 🤣) Now I would be able to make my own cheaper version of tuyo gourmet. Some people use 3 different oil like Corn oil, vegetable oil and olive oil but for this recipe I will only use olive oil. Common lets cook!☀ Want to check my GOURMET TUYO (DRIED HERRING) in OLIVE OIL VIDEO 👇:https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZkJsKiqB3uk&list=PLUUldh9jpEHpMEUQ_IKx0FzgxRwPOYFjx&index=27 michelle -

All-Star "7-Layer" Casserole All-Star "7-Layer" Casserole
To be honest... I'm not really sure that there are 7 layers here. It really depends on what you put in it, which is pretty much free game. Don't be afraid to get creative. This is something my mom used to make when I was young and it seems to be a hit with the kiddos. Plus, it is a great leftover. Miss Sisko -
Potato Crackers Made with Joushinko Rice Flour Potato Crackers Made with Joushinko Rice Flour
This is a sister recipe of "Onion Potato Crackers for a Snack " I decided to make this because it occurred to me that if you can make crackers with wheat flour, you should be able to make it with Joushinki flour too. There is no need to let the dough set in this version. A crispy success. For those with wheat allergies, give this a try!- If you let the crackers brown a little bit more, they will come out more savory but they are prone to burning so be sure to keep an eye it.- The baking time is less than when using wheat flour.- If the dough doesn't to clump, try adding a little water or more potato.
