  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 2large carrot cut in cube
  3. 1 tinGreen Peas
  4. 1 tspgarlic & Ginger Paste
  5. 1/2 cupdice spring onions
  6. 1bulb onion dice
  7. 4fresh pepper diced
  8. 1cksp veg oil
  9. 1 tbspcurry powder
  10. 2green bell pepper cut in bit
  11. to tastesalt
  12. 3knorr cube
  13. 1 tinsweet corn
  14. 4sausages diced in bit

Cooking Instructions

    Heat up water in a large pot and once its hot and boiling add rice and parboil till its almost tender and make sure to put enough water to cover the base of the rice

    Heat up frying pan and add veg oil, once its hot, add onions and stir after a minute or 2 add ginger and garlic paste, pepper, stir in curry powder, knorr cube and salt

  3. 3

    Add the carrots, green peas, spring onions and green bell pepper and sweet corn; mix everything together and set aside

  4. 4

    In a separate pot, pour in a quarter of the rice and a quarter of the veggies mix and mix them together, do this continuously till you complete the process

  5. 5

    Stir everything together and allow the fried rice to heat up then turn off the heat and serve
