Maple Syrup-Garlic Pork Stir Fry

Ingredients

  1. 1 lbscubed pork
  2. 2 cupsfrozen mix vegetables
  3. 3 tablespoonsminced garlic
  4. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  5. 3 tablespoonsmaple syrup
  6. 1 teaspoonsalt (to taste)
  7. 1 teaspoonpepper (to taste)
  8. 2 teaspoonscorn starch

Cooking Instructions

    Fry pork in vegetable oil

  2. 2

    Add minced garlic when half ready

  3. 3

    Add vegetables when pork is fully cooked and turn heat down to low.

  4. 4

    Take half juice from fried items and put it in a separate bowl. Add soy sauce, maple syrup, salt and pepper.

  5. 5

    Pour sauce over the fried pork and vegetables and sprinkle the corn starch on it and bring it to boil.

    Serve with your favourite noodles or steamed rice.
