Pork and Garlic Shoot Stir-fry

Cooking Instructions

Slice the pork into bite-sized pieces, and place them in a bowl. Add the [A] list ingredients, rub them into the pork, and let it marinate for 10 minutes.

Slice the garlic shoots lengthwise into sixths, and blanch in boiling water.

Combine the [B] list ingredients and set aside.

Heat some oil in a frying pan, and fry the finely chopped leek and ginger. Add the pork and fry over high heat.

When the meat has whitened, add the garlic shoots and stir-fry briskly.

Add the combined [B] list ingredients to the frying pan, and stir-fry quickly over high heat.

Transfer to serving plates and enjoy.
