Stir fried bean sprout with bean curd

  2. 1 packagesbean sprout, washed and remove husk
  3. 2bean curd, medium, cut into bite size
  4. Other
  5. 2 bunchspring onion (scallion), discard bottom root portion, cut the green portion into 2 inch length
  6. 4 tbspcooking oil
  7. 3 tbsplight soya sauce

Cooking Instructions

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using low or medium heat. Stir fry bean curd till slightly browned.

    Add in bean sprout. Stir fry till evenly cooked but not overcooked/soggy.

  3. 3

    Add in spring onion and light soya sauce. Stir fry for 10 seconds.
