  3. 1 can(14oz) Eagle Brand sweet ended condensed milk
  4. 1/2 cuplemon juice
  5. 1baked pie crust
  6. meringue
  7. 6egg whites
  8. 2 tspvanilla extract or cream of tartar
  9. 1/2 cupsugar

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 325°F. Beat egg yolks, gradually beat in sweetened condensed milk & lemon juice.

    Pour into crust. Bake 30-35 minutes or until set.

    To make Meringue: Beat egg whites on high really good. Add vanilla & sugar. Continue to beat on high till a non-glossy look is achieved.

    After pie is cooked, add meringue to top and cook in oven till tips are brown.
