Ingredients

  1. 2whole wheat tortillas
  2. 1/2 cupor so of fresh aurugula leaves
  3. 1ball fresh mozzarella cheese,sliced
  4. 1tomato, sliced
  5. 1avocado,pitted and sliced
  6. 1basil
  7. 1olive oil
  8. 1balsamic vinegar
  9. 1kosher salt and black pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Layer slices of tomato, mozzarella cheese and avocado on 1/3 of the tortilla. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic vinegar and season with salt and black pepper. Fold the tortilla in thirds and serve.
