Ingredients

45 mins
10 servings
  1. 3large potatoes
  2. 1medium onion
  3. 4medium carrots
  4. 3 cancreamed corn
  5. 1 canevaporated milk
  6. 1 stickmargarine
  7. 5 tbspparsley
  8. salt
  9. pepper

Cooking Instructions

45 mins
  1. 1

Dice or chop potatoes and onion, and grate the carrots.

  2. 2

Put potatoes and onion in a small amount of water and boil for a few minutes, then add carrots (they don't need as long or they will get too soft).

  3. 3

After the vegetables are cooked enough, add the corn, parsley, and margarine. Add salt and pepper (we like a lot of pepper) to taste.

  4. 4

Add evaporated milk to a soupy consistency. Could be anywhere between half to the entire can. Simmer everything for 15 minutes.

Can olive oil be used and a little bit of butter?
