  1. Ingredients
  2. 6 cupcubed bread, toasted
  3. 4 cupcornbread crumbled
  4. 4carrots, chopped
  5. 3 stalkcelery, chopped
  6. 6green onions, chopped
  7. 3-4 clovegarlic, minced
  8. 1/2 lbground sausage, cooked and drained
  9. 1-3 Tablespoonsground sage
  10. 2 tspeach oregano, parsley, rosemary, thyme, basil
  11. 1/2 cupbutter, melted
  12. 3large eggs, beaten
  13. 1 cancream of chicken soup
  14. 1can,cream of mushroom soup
  15. 4 cupchicken broth or stock

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 375°F

    Mix bread cubes and crumbled cornbread into large bowl.

    Add cooked sausage, vegetables, and herbs. Mix well

  4. 4

    Stir in broth and soups Mix until well blended

  5. 5

    Add butter and eggs

  6. 6

    Stir until well blended

  7. 7

    Put into large casserole pan...10 x 13 x 2.... Bake for 30 to 45 minutes or until tooth pick comes clean when inserted.
