Ingredients

  1. 12large eggs (hard boiled)
  2. 1/2 cupbacon fried crisp and crumbled
  3. piece3/4 cup Hellman's mayonnaise
  4. 1/2 cupextra shard cheddar cheese (grated)
  5. 1/4 cuponion (minced)
  6. 1/4 cupdill pickle (minced)
  7. 1/2 tbspprepared mustard
  8. 1Salt, pepper and paprika to taste

Cooking Instructions

    Peel eggs, slice lengthwise and remove yolks.

    Place yolks in a bowl and crumble with a fork.

    Blend in bacon, mayonnaise, cheese, onion, pickle, and mustard. Mix well.

    Place mixture in pastry tube or use a storage bag with the corner cut out.

    Squeeze mixture into egg white hollows.

  6. 6

    Sprinkle eggs with paprika.

  7. 7

    Chill before serving.
