  1. 3boneless pork chops; about 3/4 inch thick
  2. 3 slicebacon
  3. 1 1/4 tbspdried sriracha
  4. 2 tsppaprika
  5. 2 tspgarlic powder
  6. 2 tsponion powder
  7. 1 tspground coriander
  8. 1 tspdried minced onions
  9. 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  10. 1vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

    Cover chops with enough oil to coat. Season.

    Wrap each chop with 1 slice of bacon. Secure bacon with a tooth pick.

    Bake at 300° for approximately 30 minutes or until pork reaches desired doneness and bacon is crispy.
