Ingredients

  1. 1 lbsmall shell or elbow macaroni, cooked, drained and cooled
  2. 6hardboiled eggs,chopped
  3. 1/2small sweet onion finely chopped
  4. 3/4 cupmayonnaise
  5. 2 tbspwhite vinegar
  6. 1 tbspspicy brown mustard
  7. 1/2 tspcelery seed
  8. to tastesalt and pepper
  9. Cayenne pepper or smoked paprika for garnish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Place macaroni, eggs and onion in a large serving bowl. Combine remaining ingredients except cayenne or paprika. Mix well and add to pasta mixture.

    Mix gently but well and allow at least 2 hrs to chill before serving.

  3. 3

    Garnish with a few dashes of cayenne or paprika.
