Homemade Crackers With A Homemade Dip

My chef taught me how to make them so I thought it would be wonderful to share it

Ingredients

  1. dip
  2. 6 ozMayo
  3. 5 ozsour cream
  4. 3 ozdry dill
  5. 2 ozchili flakes
  6. lavash crackers
  7. 1/2 tspinstant yeast
  8. 7 ozbread flour
  9. 1/4 tspsalt
  10. 1 tbsphoney
  11. 1 tbspvegetable oil
  12. 4 ozwarm water
  13. Seasoning
  14. 2 ozChili flakes flakes or powder
  15. 2 ozdry oregano
  16. 1 ozSeasoning salt
  17. 1/2 tbspblack pepper

Cooking Instructions

    Add all the ingredients in a mixing bowl

  2. 2

    Mix the ingredients by hand for 8 to 10 minutes , or until the dough becomes nice and smooth , you might need some more flour

  3. 3

    Place the dough in the refrigerator , don't forget to cover it or put the dough in a plastic bag before you place it in the refrigerator

    The dough has to chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before you want to roll it and bake it

    Take out the dough from the refrigerator then add flour on the surface and start rolling the dough

    try to roll the dough as much as you could we want it to be thin

  7. 7

    remove the excess flour and spread a layer of water on top of the dough thrn Season the dough with your favorite herbs and spices , I used dry oregano, black pepper seasoning salt and chili flakes

    Cut the dough before you bake it

    Place it in the oven to bake on 400°F for 10 minutes or until the dough becomes golden brown

  10. 10

    For the dip::::: add all the ingredients together and give it a mix

  11. 11

    Enjoy
