Merry Christmas! Tree Shaped Gratin Pie
This gratin made using spices is a big hit with my family. I used the gratin as a filling for this tree-shaped pie for Christmas. If you have a variety of spices stocked, you can enjoy this in many ways!- Please try making this with your favorite ingredients. This time I used tomatoes and broccoli with the Christmas theme in mind. In addition, the baking time will vary with each oven, so please adjust while baking.- I used whole cumin seeds when sautéing, and 3 types of powdered spices for the sauce to make it spicy and fragrant. By doing this, the aroma of the spices is enhanced, and the flavors are more distinct. Recipe by Wagamamamusume

Christmas Tree Cake
I thought of this so that I could brighten up the table at a Christmas party. You can cut it into enough pieces for everyone, or everyone can eat it with a spoons... It's a very convenient cake.*First decide if you will be able to fit a cake of this height in the refrigerator for cooling. Putting the leftover ingredients into a glass container is a cute idea. For the Chiffon Spongecake, I used "Yosshii's" recipe "Chocolat Blanc Noel". I left out the chocolate... And added 3 eggs, 60 g granulated sugar, 60 g cake flour, 15 g butter, and 20 ml milk to make it a very moist and delicious spongecake. Recipe by Ranpuai

Christmas Party Drink
There are a lot of opportunities to throw parties around the end of the year and I wanted to surprise my guests with a welcome drink.Make this drink however sweet you'd like. If you want it to have a more subtle sweetness you can omit the honey and reduce the amount of sugar. You can make a diverse range of flavours by adding a squeeze of lemon juice or a dash of grapefruit juice etc. Recipe by Cake to pan no sensei

Christmas Tree Christmas Cakes
I wanted to make a cupcake version of the tree cake in. It's common to use a butter cream to decorate cupcakes, but I don't really like the taste. So, I tried making a cheese cream and it was super delicious!Be careful not to whip the heavy cream too much or it will become hard and difficult to mix when you add the lemon juice. When the cream gets to the ribbon stage, add the cream cheese, but if making the matcha version, add the cream cheese when it gets to the soft peaks stage. It's easy to make if you use 200 ml of heavy cream and 50 g of sugar whipped until the ribbon stage, then divide it in half. Christmas Cookie House
About 3 years ago, I saw a small cookie house on sale at a neighborhood French pastry shop for more than 3,000 yen, so I tried making my own.Since then, my child has been looking forward to making one every year, so this year I decided to make it again although I'm fighting morning sickness (I'm pregnant with my 2nd child) .Use leftover icing (that you used to stick the house together) to make icicles hang under the roof, or make snow drifts around the decorative pieces on the outside, and so on. I have fun varying the decoration every year.I used store-bought candies as decoration. Even small children love to look at the decorations. This year I glued a brick patterned chimney, and colored the exterior walls with red food coloring to color it slightly pink. I also made the tree 3D. Recipe by sakura'03

Christmas Cookie House
I put a lot of effort into making this cookie house again this year because I really wanted to see my children's happy faces. It is important to be patient and calm when building your house and to carefully stick the parts together one by one. Easy Christmas Cupcake Decorations
I thought up this idea while making the tree cake from.Wreath decorations are so Christmas-like! The matcha cheese cream is just like the one from the tree cake recipe, so you can make them both at the time time! The instructions here are very similar to what's shown in, but this recipe uses less cream and yields cupcakes that are sweeter and moister. You can use either-or as you like. You can also just decorate store-bought cupcakes. For 10 cupcakes (6 cm [2.4 in] wide x 3 cm tall). Recipe by vegeful

Christmas Wreath Stew
I thought of a Christmasy recipe. This recipe was picked as a Christmas themed recipe on: "Recipe Blog," "Otoriyose Net," and "asajikan.jp"I used frozen broccoli and corn. Make sure to tightly pack the rice around the outsides of the center hole so that a lot of stew can be poured into the center. Leftover stew can be used for refills or you can melt cheese on top and turn it into gratin. For 1 large plate. Recipe by nathu

Christmas Bread Wreath
I always make this wreath for Christmas. In Step 3, weigh the dough and divide it precisely. Make the dough ropes an even length and thickness so that you can make the wreath even more beautiful. Dry the bread really well after baking to make a hard decorative wreath. You can keep the bread wreath if you store it with a drying agent. You can keep it for years unless it grows mold. Christmas Cookie Decoration '08
These decorations are an every year traditio,n but this year, 2008, I added a mini version of the train fromand simply made this tree. I also added the ornaments. This recipe also made an appearance in the December 16 & 25, 2008 editions of "Gohan Nikki" (Food Journal)Since the dough needs to be frozen, prepare it and cut out the shapes beforehand. Doing it the day before is also okay. Just so you know, I made the dough, cut the shapes, baked, and built it all on different days.In our family, we enjoy eating the cookies bit by bit before Christmas, like an advent calendar! Christmas Santa Claus Bread
When I uploaded my recipe for reindeer bread previously, it got a great response. I thought that Santa Claus bread would make a good match to creative a festive air.If you put the piece of bread that defines the hat just on the edge of the face bread, it may fall off during the 2nd rising, so place it a bit on the inside of the outer edge. It does take some effort to form the bread, so make sure not to let the dough dry out while you work. You could also draw on the face using a chocolate decorating pen. Recipe by pitachan1

Christmas Spice Mix
I made a Christmas mix of spices I had at home. I like to add it to meat sauce. If you put it in a bottle, it's easier to use.I used a large amount of cinnamon, but you can adjust to taste. Try not to add to much clove powder. Recipe by Brandy
