This recipe is quite hearty and filling. I reduced the cheese amount and it was still very rich and delicious. Seasoned ground turkey can also be substituted for the sausage. And, don't forget a side of flaky buttermilk biscuits and your favorite jam or jelly. Bon Appetit!

Cooking Instructions

Fry hash browns and sausage until done (can be done together or separately)

Drain well.

Beat eggs, add milk and whisk well.

Pour has browns/sausage into glass casserole dish.

Add egg and milk mixture.
- 6
Stir in cheese, salt and pepper.

Bake at 350°F for 35 minutes
