Ingredients

  1. 1 smallbag of potatoes or 1 cup of frozen hashbrown
  2. 1cookie cutter, or any other unique shape maker of your choice. I have used the sandwich sealer from pampered chef.
  3. 1 clovegarlic
  4. 1butter for brushing. I use sage butter, or other seasoned butters
  5. 1salt & pepper
  6. 1/4cup white beans puree
  7. 1/2 tspor 1 tbs of fresh red onions. if you sub onion powder use 1/2tsp.
  8. 1/4 cupoat bran finely ground. if using reg oats, can use a coffee grinder to finely grind the oats.
  9. 1/4 cupshredded (meltable) cheese your choice
  10. 1Oil for brushing, if butter is not preffered.

Cooking Instructions

    If using fresh, Grate potatoes to hash Brown quality. I use my food processor it's super simple.

    You can use a George Forman grill, and cook according to the testing of a small patty. Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, or spray with oil. In bowl, mix together the hash browns, salt, garlic, onion powder, White Bean Puree, oat bran, cheese, and onion.

    Scoop 1⁄4-cup sized of the hash brown mixture, and form into flat patties either round, or square. Place them on the prepared baking sheet. Spray the tops of the patties with oil, or brush with butter. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove the pan from the oven, flip the patties, spray the other side with oil, and bake for another 20 minutes.
