Ingredients

  1. 1 1/2 lbflank steak, cut across across the grain into 3/4" wide strips
  2. 1/2 cupsoy sauce
  3. 1/4 cupbrown sugar
  4. 2 tbspolive oil
  5. 1 tbspscant - sherry or dry vermouth
  6. 1 tspgarlic paste
  7. 1 tspginger paste
  8. 1 tspchili paste
  9. 1/2 tsppepper

Cooking Instructions

    Place all ingredients in plastic bag and marinate 4-24 hours.

    Preheat broiler and spray cookie sheet with non stick cooking spray.

    Remove meat from marinade and discard marinade. Skewer beef, being sure not to overcrowd.

  4. 4

    Broil 6" from heat, about 4-5 minutes per side for medium.
