  1. 1/2 kgpomo dice
  2. 20fresh pepper
  3. 2big onions
  4. 4knorr cube
  5. to tastesalt
  6. 1/2cksp veg oil

Cooking Instructions

    Roughly blend onion and pepper and set aside, parboil pomo and spice to your taste

  2. 2

    Heat up frying pan, add veg oil, once its hot add blended pepper mix and stir after about 4 minutes, add salt and knorr cube

  3. 3

    Then add the pomo and stir allow it simmer on low heat for about 7mins then turn off the heat and enjoy with a glass of chilled beer
