Add cold water to gelatin powder.

Let it swell for 5 mins.

In a casserole, put whipping cream, milk, and sugar.

Bring to a simmer until sugar dissolves. Don't boil.

Remove the casserole and add vanilla extract.

Let it cool for 5 mins.

Add gelatin.

Pour into glasses and refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight.

Cut the strawberries.

Put in a casserole with sugar and water.

Bring to a simmer, then mix.

Let it cool, then add it to cream glasses.
