Baked beans on toast with egg

Making this delicious breakfast is so much easier than you would think! This recipe will teach you how to make creamy Hollandaise sauce and also to poach an egg.

This recipe originally started with me trying to make an authentic "Full English Breakfast" but I didn't have all of the ingredients and I really wanted to try "beans on toast!" 👏😎 I've also been eating vegan alot lately so I wanted a protein kick. 💪😏 And who doesn't love breakfast? 🤤🥰 Yum!

just had this dish for a quick supper. doubled the egg quantity to serve 2 and also added a tsp of ground cumin to the onion, garlic and chilli mix at the start. lovely! :-)

I absolutely HATED avocado but since I was trying to get healthier and needed to up my intake of healthy fats I needed something to help me with the texture. So I found this little gem. It is so flavorful and soooooo amazing. Simple yet my favorite. I now love avocado 😂❤️ this is a recipe I found on Pinterest I’m not sure who the author is by.

This meal is super easy to make and is perfect for lazy days and quick weekend food 😊 the best part is that you can adapt it in many ways and each time it's just as delicious!

I actually love the spicy-sour analogy here. Don't be afraid to use more spicy paprika and more lemon juice, the yogurt is going to smooth everything out.

I wanted to come up with a new way of eating toast with spice. There are lots of recipes using mustard, black pepper or shichimi togarashi (chili pepper mix) so I thought, how about wasabi? I chose egg, which I thought would go well with wasabi.Since the egg, mayonnaise, and cheese make the flavor quite mild, you need to add an amount of wasabi that may make you think "wow, this much!?" in order to taste its spiciness. If you add about 2 1/2 teaspoons of paste (about 5 cm from a tube) you will finally start to taste the spiciness. Please adjust the amount to taste. For 1 slice. Recipe by Necchan

La mezcla de huevo frito y aguacate es una locura, y más, al acompañarlo de un buen pan; y el nuestro viene de la provincia de Lugo, donde no hay ni una sola panadería mediocre.La verdad es que esta noche, no nos apetecía cocinar mucho, pero queríamos algo rico... This is just how my family dose our baked beans. Never straight out of the can. The first time I made it for my husband he was like..U REMIXED THE BAKED BEANS!!! Either way he loved it and so has everyone who has ever tried it. We serve it with baked sausages, omlette and toast.

I substitute my usual carb intake which is rice with rye bread, which contain high fibre. Avocado and mayo are for the fat, and honey to give a sweet flavour. Yup, that's it. No green veggies for today.

I like eating toast topped with a fried egg, but if I used round topped sliced bread the egg doesn't cover the entire slice so, I thought I'd beat the egg and cooking that before putting it on the toast.◎If it's hard to flip the toast over in Step 5: Invert a plate over the frying pan, and flip the toast onto it!◎You can use a slice of regular square bread instead of round topped bread.◎The ketchup-mayo pattern is pretty too.
