Ingredients

  1. 2Bell Peppers any color
  2. 4Celery Stalks
  3. 1Cucumber
  4. 1Parsley Chopped
  5. 4Green onions
  6. 1Kale (optional )
  7. 3 tbspolive oil, extra virgin
  8. 3 tbspWhite vinegar
  9. 1McCormick Steak Seasoning or whatever seasoning you like
  10. 3Cans any beans rinsed, I prefer organic black and kidney beans

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop all veggies up add vinegar, olive oil, and seasoning. Refrigerate overnight.
