  1. 2 lbboneless pork roast
  2. 1 cuproasted habanero salsa
  3. 1 tbspground coriander
  4. 2 tspgarlic powder
  5. 2 tspdried minced onions
  6. 1 1/2 tspground cumin
  7. 1 tsponion powder
  8. 1 tspdried thyme
  9. 1 tspground celery seed
  10. 1large pinch kosher salt and black pepper
  11. 1vegetable oil; as needed

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cover pork loin with enough oil to coat. Season. Roast at 300° for approximately 1 hour or until pork reaches desired doneness.

    Pour salsa over roast during last 5 minutes of cooking.

    Variations; Other salsas, cilantro, mojo crillo, tequila, ground jalapeño powder, white pepper, lime
