I served these cupcakes to people who didn't particularly like red velvet cupcakes in the past, yet they loved these! The frosting really elevates the cupcakes to yummy goodness! Will turn any non-red velvet cupcake fan into a super fan! :)

What started as experiment ended up a big success. This is definitely a keeper!Sharing this because afterall I got the recipe off Google. So I can't claim credit for this. Even the cupcake recipe is on the back of Redman cake mix package. I merely substituted some ingredients based on what I ready possible on Google too. 🤣

Sometimes I get bored when baking something usual. I love chocolate but I prefer to mix it with red. And this is the result, Red Velvet Cookies. Try this. This is chewy, crunchy outside.
