I love Cabbage, but I also love Collard greens. I decided to put them together to see what happens and it's a hit for friends, family, and children.

I love Cabbage, but I also love Collard greens. I decided to put them together to see what happens and it's a hit for friends, family, and children.
Cooking Instructions

Cut up the Bacon. Chop the bacon in half, then the halves in half. Then cut up your Onion and Garlic.

Add Bacon, Onion, and Garlic to a pot with a 1/4 cup of oil. Cook until Onions are soft and the Bacon has some color.

Add the cleaned Collard Greens to with the Bacon, Onion, Oil, and Garlic. Cook for 10mins.

After 10mins, add the Cabbage. Season to taste with all your seasonings. As the greens become softer, taste to be sure its to your desire.
