Ingredients

  1. 3 cupchicken broth
  2. 1 cupwater
  3. 2 eacheggs
  4. 1salt
  5. 1white pepper
  6. 1 dashground ginger
  7. 1 1/2 tbspcornstarch
  8. 1/4 cupwater
  9. 1 eachgreen onion, chopped

Cooking Instructions

    In a medium saucepan bring chicken broth and water to a boil.

    Stir in eggs slowly in a circular motion

  3. 3

    Mix cornstarch and 1/4 cup of water and add to soup

  4. 4

    Stir to desired consistency and season to taste

  5. 5

    Transfer to serving bowls, top with green onions, and serve. Can also top with crispy wontons.

No matter wt I do I cannot get this soup right!! I love it very much too so want to make it at home but the eggs keep turning it all yellow 😟 breaking up into tiny pieces nothing like yours at all.
