Ingredients

  1. 4 mediumBoneless chicken breasts
  2. 4 mediumPotatoes
  3. 2 canMixed veggies
  4. 1 canTomato sauce
  5. 1 canCorn
  6. 1 mediumOnion

Cooking Instructions

    Grill your chicken. (See my instructions on perfect grilled chicken)

    Slice and boil your potatoes.

  3. 3

    Cut up the onion.

  4. 4

    Pour all ingredients in a pan and set on high. Or 350 if you are using a skillet.

  5. 5

    Leave for 30 minutes while stirring frequently.

  6. 6

    Turn pan on low. Or skillet on warm and let simmer for 15 minutes.

    You can serve with a side of crackers or hot sauce. :)
