2potatoes
Halfwhite onion
1carrot
1 tspoyster sauce
Pinchblack pepper
Cooking oil
Halfcup of water
1whole chicken thigh

Steps

Add oil in a heated pan,add chicken and stirfry until golden brown.Then add onion cook until soft.

Next add tomato,black pepper and water.Simmer for mins then the potatoes and oyster sauce.

Cover and simmer until potatoes are soft.
