1/2 cupmaple syrup or honey
1 tbsprosemary
2 tbspred wine vineger
1 dashsalt and pepper
3 slicechicken breast or thigh

mix sauce well then pour onto chicken and season with salt and pepper

bake it at 200 C /400F for 35 minutes or longer depending on the thickenss of the chicken till chicken are cooked and sauce are thicken up
