A great way to utilize your Sole. Help your family get their trace minerals with this delightful lemonade. Might be a bit strong for some. Just dilute as needed.

Ingredients

  1. 1 cupLemon juice
  2. 1 cupWhite Sugar
  3. 6 cupCold water
  4. 2 tbspHimalayan Sole (see my recipe on how to make)

Cooking Instructions

    In a small sauce pan combine the sugar and the lemon juice. Cook on medium low heat.

    Whisk frequently till all the sugar is dissolved and the syrup is clear.

  3. 3

    In a 2 quart glass pitcher (8 cups) add 6 cups of cold water.

  4. 4

    Carefully pour the syrup into the pitcher, scraping the sides of the pot.

  5. 5

    Add the Himalayan Sole and stir.

  6. 6

    Serve chilled over ice and enjoy.
