Hate steaming up my kitchen for sweet corn in the heat of summer. This method is great!
Cooking Instructions

Take fresh ears of sweet corn as is, DO NOT SHUCK OR REMOVE HUSK!

Preheat oven to 350. Throw corn on middle rack. Roast 30 min. You should see husks just starting to turn light brown on the edges.

Using oven mitts or pot holders, shuck corn, silks slide right off too!
