  1. 2 cupCooked, mashed, butternut squash
  2. 3 tbspButter
  3. 1 cupSugar or 3/4 cup honey
  4. 1/3 cupMilk
  5. 1 tspSalt
  6. 1 tspGround cinnamon
  7. 1/2 tspGround nutmeg
  8. 3Eggs
  9. 1 tspVanilla extract

    Combine squash and butter, mix well.

  2. 2

    Add sugar or honey, milk, salt, and spices. Mix well.

  3. 3

    Add eggs, beat well. Stir in vanilla.

  4. 4

    Pour into a greased 1 1/2 quart casserole dish.

  5. 5

    Bake at 325°F for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Or until set.
