  1. 1/2 cupbrown sugar
  2. 1 tbspChipotle powder
  3. 2 tspground ginger
  4. 2 tspwhite pepper
  5. 1 tspblack pepper
  6. 1 tbspsea salt
  7. 6 ozpeach mango juice
  8. 8 lbpork butt

Cooking Instructions

    Inject juice in multiple places and angles.

    Pat pork shoulder, butt, dry and cover with rub mixture.

  3. 3

    Place in smoker until 165°F. Foil at 165 and keep cooking until it reaches 195°F.
