This was kind of thrown together one day, had a lack of groceries in the house to make a complete meal, just had these ingredients lying about. So I decided to experiment...and BAM! It's delicious.

This was kind of thrown together one day, had a lack of groceries in the house to make a complete meal, just had these ingredients lying about. So I decided to experiment...and BAM! It's delicious.
Steps

Take a large cooking pot and pour in the veggie stock and fresh veggies. Add in the minced garlic and Italian seasoning.

In a separate pot combine butter, cream cheese, and milk.
- 3
Brink milk mixture to a boil. Add in pasta and rice.
- 4
Allow both pots to cook all the way. Veggies should only be done Al'dente. (Veggies cook 5 minutes after broth has boiled) (pasta should take 15 minutes)

Combine in a large bowl, and serve.
