Ingredients

  • 3boneless pork chops
  • 1 canMonster Energy Drink (Green)
  • 1lime; zested
  • 1orange; zested
  • 1 1/2 tspValencia orange peel seasoning
  • 1 tsponion powder
  • 1 tspgarlic powder
  • 1/2 tspground white pepper
  • 1 pinchkosher salt
  • 1canola oil; as needed

  1. 1

    Marinate chops in half the can of monster overnight.

  2. 2

    Drain chops. Pat dry. Toss with enough oil to coat. Season both sides. Add chops to small, oven safe saute pan and pour monster half way up chops. Bake uncovered at 350° for approximately 25-30 minutes or until desired doneness.

    Garnish with zest and serve with lime wedge.
