Ingredients

  1. Apples
  2. 5 mediumapples, cored, peeled, wedges
  3. 1 cupsugar
  4. 4 tbspunsalted butter
  5. 2 stickcinnamon, broke in half
  6. 1/2 tspnutmeg
  7. 1/4 tspclove, ground
  8. 1/4 cuprum
  9. 1/2 cupapple juice, unsweetened preferably
  10. Garnish
  11. 2 stickmint
  12. 4scoops of vanilla ice cream

Cooking Instructions

    Heat pan then add sugar. Let sugar turn into thick brown bubbly caramel.

    Add butter to pan and let melt and incorprorate.

  3. 3

    Add spices and apples. Mix and coat well.

  4. 4

    Add rum then ignite for flambe.

  5. 5

    Last, add juice to make caramel thinner.

  6. 6

    Serve in a bowl along with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Garnish with mint and cinnamon stick.
