bacon roll

My mom used to bake this onion & bacon roll bread a few times per month when I was a high school student.It's very, very tasty and you could easily eat 3-4 rolls! Just like I used to do! Mom always said to me "Save some for breakfast! Leave some for your father!".#heirloom

I didn't expect much, especially since I used random ingredients and prayed they worked. There was a smokey sweetness that matched the asparagus well and created a wide range of flavors in a single bite.

Based on KSB recipe that has been modified by me. This recipe only needs one proofing time. I always use this recipe when I do not have much time but still want to have soft and fluffly bread. Just make sure to knead the dough until window pane stage.

Shaping breads in the same shape every time is boring. Be creative!This time I was able to bake 15 rolls at a time, so I baked 2 bacon mayonnaise bread rolls, 4 ham and mayonnaise bread rolls, 4 bacon and pepper bread rolls, and 5 baked curry breads.Although this recipe yields 15 bacon mayonnaise bread rolls, be creative and use any kind of filling as much as you like. the bacon makes the waffle pop.more bacon the better, i put a strip.crumble or two strips will make this even more of a bacon taste. i just used one.
