Ingredients

  1. 2 lbground meat
  2. 2 canenchilada sauce
  3. 1 canrotel tomatos
  4. 1 canrefried beans
  5. 3 tbspminced onions
  6. 3 cupmexican shredded cheese
  7. 8medium tortilla shells

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook & brown meat, add minced onion til soft.

  2. 2

    Mix refried beans, sauce, rotel & cheese in mixing bowl.

  3. 3

    Drain meat & onions, add to other ingredients, stir together.

  4. 4

    Preheat oven to 350°F.

  5. 5

    Layer cake pan with 2 tortilla shells, spread mixture over shells.

  6. 6

    Continue step 5 til there are 4 layers.

  7. 7

    Put in oven for 1/2 hour.
