Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsRice
  2. 8 piecesFresh tomatoes
  3. 4 piecesFresh pepper
  4. 2cksp Vegetable oil
  5. 3 cubesKnorr seasoning
  6. Salt
  7. 1 sachetMixed spice
  8. 1/2 kgChicken
  9. 1 teaspoonturmeric
  10. 1 teaspooncurry
  11. 2Onion

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil the chicken with curry,salt,knorr seasoning and onion.

    Parboil rice for about 10mins.

  3. 3

    Slice the fresh pepper and fresh tomatoes.

  4. 4

    Blend the turmeric and garlic to paste.

  5. 5

    Fry the chicken in hot vegetable oil for at least 3-5mins.

  6. 6

    Boil the sliced fresh tomatoes,turmeric,and fresh pepper.

    Boil for 15minutes then pour in vegetable oil.fry for 10mins.

    Add onion and curry fry for 2mins then pour in the stock.

    Boil for 3mins,pour in the rice and stir.

  10. 10

    Stir very well for like 40seconds.cover to boil.

    As is boiling,add curry,salt,knorr seasoning,mixed spice and onion.

    After 12mins onces the water is almost dried.use a wooden spoon and stir very well.

  13. 13

    Cook for another 3mins.food is ready.serve all in a plate.
