Ingredients

  1. 3 cupsrice
  2. 1 kgchicken
  3. Salt
  4. 3fresh pepper
  5. 1 sachettomatoes
  6. 50 gfresh tomatoes
  7. 1big ginger
  8. 1medium size garlic
  9. 1/4groundnut oil
  10. Onion
  11. 2knorr cube
  12. 1/2curry

Cooking Instructions

    Parboil rice wash and keep aside.

  2. 2

    Cut,wash and boil chicken with salt,knorr cube and onion.make sure is soft.

  3. 3

    Pour groundnut oil in a dry pan,place on fire when is hot put the chicken one after the other.let it fry well and turn.bring down onces is brown.

    Blend the tomatoes;pepper,ginger and garlic.

    Place a dry pot on fire pour in groundnut oil.allow to be hot then pour in the sliced onion,and the blended tomatoes and all.

    Allow to boil and stir with a wooden let all the water dry.pour in the chicken stock stir and put in the Maggi,curry and salt.

    Pour in enough water for the rice then cover the pot and allow to boil.after 5mins onces it has boiled very well.

    Pour in the parboiled rice stir and cover the pot.check for salt and put the fire off when the water dries.food is ready.
