Ingredients

  1. 300 gramsMarshmallows
  2. 100 gramsUnsalted Butter
  3. 1 tbspWater
  4. 200 gramsChocolate
  5. 1 cupPecan nuts, chopped
  6. 1 tspVanilla

Cooking Instructions

    Line an 18cm square tin with tinfoil, grease lightly.

    In a saucepan, add marshmallows, butter and water. Stir occasionally over low heat until melted and combined.

    Add chocolate, pecans and vanilla to pan, stirring until chocolate has melted.

    Pour into prepared pan and refrigerate until set.
