  2. 1 cupurad dal
  3. 3 cuprice
  4. 1/2 cuppoha
  5. 1 tspmethi dana

    Urad dal and rice ko alag alag bhigo do. Rice mein methi dana bhi addKar do. Fir inko 7-8 hrs ke liye bhigo kar rkhdo.

    Pani drain kerke thick paste mein peeslo. Fir isko 7-8 hrs ke liye cover kerke rkhdo achhi trh ferment ho jayega

    Ab isko idli cooker mein idli stand mein daal kar 10 min steam kero. Ab isko garam garam sambar ke saath serve kero
