  1. for idli
  2. 500 gmsuji
  3. 200 gmcurd
  4. 2eno pouch
  5. 1/1 tspsugar
  6. 600 ml water
  7. for sambhar
  8. 200 gmarhar grain
  9. 100 gm chopped bottlegourd
  10. 100 gmchopped pumpkin
  11. 1onion
  12. 2tomato
  13. 1 tsp Sambhar masala
  14. 1 tspsalt
  15. 1 tspmustard seed
  16. 1/2 tspturmeric powder
  17. 4 tsplemon juice
  18. 1/4 tspred chilli power
  19. as neededcurry leaves

Cooking Instructions

    For idli. Put all idli ingredients in a bowl and mix it well and make a smooth batter and keep aside for 10-15 minutes. After 15 minutes when the mixture gets thick then add little water in it and mix it well and add eno powder in it and mix it well. Now put 2 glass of water in idli cooker and preheat the idli cooker and grease the idli stand with oil and spread the idli batter on it and steam it for 7-10 minutes. When the idli get cool down then take out them.

    Firstly soak daal and put I into pressure cooker with chopped bottle gard.pumpkin, salt,turmeric powder..cook for 10 min

    Take apan add oil in it add jeera and raie mix it well thanadd chopped onion mix it well add salt,red chilley powder and amchoor powder and turmeric and sambhar masala mix it well than add chopped tomato in it mix it well

    Now this tadka add in boiled Sambhar...Sambhar is ready with curry leaves...eat with soft and yummy idli
