Okro soup with plantain flour

So much love for plantain flour in my house now

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 1/2 kgOkro
  2. 2cksp Palm oil
  3. Salt
  4. 1/2 kgMeat
  5. 2Dryfish
  6. 1Onion
  7. 3 cubesMaggi
  8. Handfulleaves Uziza
  9. Handfulleaves Ugu
  10. 2cksp Crayfish

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil 2 cups of water,pourin the plantain flour gradually and stir vigourously with a wooden spartular to avoid lumps.

    After add the quantity needed stir very well and add little amount of water then cover to boil for 3minutes.

    Boil the meat for 25minutes,boil with onion,maggi cubes and salt.

    Wash and cut okro.

  5. 5

    Add more water to the meat,also palmoil and leave it to boil for 7minutes.

    Blend crayfish,salt,maggi cubes and fresh pepper and pour in.

  7. 7

    Wash dry fish remove the bones and also add.

  8. 8

    Boil for 5minutes then pour in the okro.

  9. 9

    Wash and slice the uziza and ugu with salt and add to the soup.

  10. 10

    Turn immediately and put off the heat.
