Ingredients

1 minute
  1. 11 cupvinegar
  2. 6 cupwater
  3. 5 tbsppickling salt
  4. 1 cupsugar
  5. 1 packagescauliflower
  6. 2 packagesbaby cut carrots
  7. 1 packagescelery
  8. 3banana pappers
  9. 2 clovegarlic (2 clove per jar)
  10. 1 tbspoil (to eatch jar)

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    pack jar with alternating veggies.

  2. 2

    add peppers ( depending on how hot you want it)

  3. 3

    add 1 tbs oil and garlic to jarr.

  4. 4

    poor hot brine and seal.

  5. 5

    let stand 2 weeks. the longer they stand the better.
