cook the meat with a cup of water n 3 shakes of soy sause, add in jelly and sweet n sour sause let cook till meat is done and jelly and sweet n sour sause is dissolved

add in stir fry vegetables n cook until vegetables are tender then add in package sause, stir for another minute until it's all blended together

To be honest I have no idea how much beef I used but it served 4 and it was great! I've made this so many times already and never paid attention to how much I used of everything, I go free style on most of the things I make, so anyways you can add more or less of all this depending on what you like.
