White rice with sauce

Ingredients

1 serving
  1. 2 cupsRice
  2. 2big Onion bulb
  3. 4Fresh red pepper
  4. Salt
  5. 2big Green bell pepper
  6. 2cksp Vegetable oil
  7. 1/2 kgChicken
  8. 1 teaspoonthyme
  9. 2stock cubes

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil rice for 10minutes,wash and boil adding salt and boil for at least 10-15minutes.

    Cook the chicken with salt,onion,thyme,stock cubes for 12minutes.

    Cut the onion,bell pepper,red pepper and fry in the vegetable oil for 2minutes.

  4. 4

    Pour in the chicken with the stock and add salt and curry.

    Leave it to boil for more 2minutes and is good.
