dissolve water, honey and yeast in a bowl, dont stir and cover with tea towel for 5 minutes. wait until the yeast develop.

add the whole wheat flour and stir, add olive oil and stir again

add bread flour one cup at the time and keep stiring until it became thick

knead the dough and little bit flour until it is not sticky for about 10 minutes

let the dough resting for about 30 minutes

punch the dough to let the gas coming out and another 30-45 minutes resting. form the dough as you wish and put it on a greased tray

coating the dough with egg wash

bake for 30-35 minutes at 180 C/375 F

We ran out of bread but it's a long line at the supermarket. Our city is still in community quarantine. I have to make bread. I have no bread flour so I used all purpose flour instead. I also don't have a loaf pan so I just used a tray. I also tried putting a simple slash design on the loaf but it didn't work 😅
